We review every brief during business hours and reply as soon as a team member is available. If your deadline is urgent, include it in the brief so we can assess it accurately.
What happens after I submit?
We review your goals and scope, then suggest the most useful next step — usually a short discovery call or a few follow-up questions. No pressure and no automated sales sequence.
Is the estimate binding?
No — the calculator gives a ballpark to align on scope. Final pricing comes after a scoping call once we understand the details.
Do you sign NDAs and keep my idea confidential?
We handle every brief confidentially. If your project needs an NDA, mention it before sharing sensitive material and we can discuss the appropriate terms.
I don't know my budget yet — can I still reach out?
Absolutely. Pick "Not sure yet" and use the estimate calculator, or just tell us your goals and we will help you scope a realistic range.
